Brett founded BW Ferguson & Associates Ltd. in 2001, and has been providing property consulting services for over 30 years.
Brett's knowledge and experience gives him the ability to provide an expert opinion on property which is relied upon by owners, investors, REITs, government, developers, and lenders. He is often relied upon by his clients for advanced feasibility and market analysis reports, arbitration representation, dispute settlement, and litigation support.
Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics and Geography and a Certificate in Management Studies from the University of Winnipeg. He is an accredited member of both the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI P.App) and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Elliott's focus is in helping his clients get the most out of their property through anyalytical decision making in real estate development, investment and ownership.
He has been working in property since 2005, with previous roles at Royal Lepage, the City of Winnipeg, and Qualico Developments, focusing on acquisition, sale, expropriation, stragegy, planning and development.
Elliott holds a Diploma of Urban Land Economics from the Univeristy of British Columbia, and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Greenwich.
Elliott is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI, P.App), and a Chartered Valuation Surveyor as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

Art began his career in property appraisal and consulting in 1983.
Through Art's career he has provided comprehensive commercial and agricultural appraisal reports in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario, to local and National clients.
Art's varied experience has resulted in a unique skill set which he has utilized to provide valuation work for a wide variety of special use properties, and to complete work in rural / remote communities.
Art is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI, P.App).

Maddie served several years in the customer service industry prior to and while completing her degree at the University of Winnipeg. After completing her degree, she joined B.W. Ferguson & Associates as an appraisal consultant. She is currently a candidate appraiser working towards her AACI (P. App) designation through the University of British Columbia - Sauder School of Business.
Currently, Maddie works in a supporting role in the preparation of point-in-time commercial appraisals within the Winnipeg and surrounding marketplaces.
Kassy is an accredited commercial real estate appraiser, holding the AACI, P. App. designation through the Appraisal Institute of Canada. Kassy is a partner at Phillips Jackson Appraisal, working in association with BW Ferguson and Associates.
Kassy has been appraising real estate in Manitoba for over 16 years.
Kassy has extensive experience in appraisal and consulting assignments across all asset classes, including retail, office, industrial, multi-family, special-use, institutional and vacant land, for both existing improved property and new development projects.
Kassy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Administrative Studies from the University of Winnipeg, and is an Accredited Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AACI, P.App).
Kassy is an animal lover, in her spare time enjoys giving back to her community through working with local pet rescue groups.
